1. About DOVESSO
Seller: DOVESSO.
Business location: Brazil.
Customer support email: support@dovesso.com
For assistance, email us or use our Contact us form.
Returns location: Via Fratelli Cairoli 82, Belluno, Italy. Please contact us for the complete delivery instructions before posting a return. This location receives returns; it is not the seller's registered office.
2. Products and orders
Please review the product description, materials, measurements, colour and size before ordering. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, but your rights where goods differ from their description remain unchanged. Size labels vary by supplier; consult the measurements for the particular item.
Placing an order creates an obligation to pay the total shown at checkout. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. The sales contract is formed when we send an explicit acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment without undue delay. We will not substitute an item or materially change an accepted order without your agreement.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in euros. Applicable delivery charges, taxes and any additional import charges must be disclosed before you place your order. We will not add undisclosed charges to an accepted order. The payment methods available appear at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion fees if your account uses a different currency.
4. Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Required order information will be provided in a format you can retain, such as email. DOVESSO remains responsible for your purchase even when a fulfilment supplier sends it directly to you.
For ordinary clothing bought online, EU consumers generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. Statutory remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods remain available separately from this withdrawal period.
5. Use of this website
You must not use the website unlawfully or interfere with its security. Website materials belong to their respective rights holders; use of this website does not transfer intellectual property rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, our responsibility to supply conforming goods, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Privacy and complaints
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Use our Contact us form to report a problem, giving your order number where available. This does not restrict your right to contact a competent consumer authority or pursue legal remedies.
7. Consumer protections and changes
Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. These terms do not require consumers to bring claims exclusively in a foreign court. Updates apply to future orders; accepted orders remain subject to the terms supplied when placed unless you agree to a lawful change.
