Who is responsible for your information
DOVESSO is based in Brazil. We are responsible for the personal information we process to operate this store. Privacy contact: support@dovesso.com. While our dedicated address is being finalised, use our Contact us form. Our Italian returns location is not the seller's registered office.
Information used by the store
Depending on how you use the store, we process your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details, selected products, payment status, account details and support messages. Shopify and payment providers process the payment information needed to complete your purchase; card information is handled through their payment systems. We also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details and interactions with the website. Optional cookies and similar tracking technologies are subject to consent where required.
Information comes from you, your use of the store and service providers involved in payments, hosting, fulfilment and delivery. Providing the information necessary for payment and delivery is required to complete an order. Optional marketing preferences are not a condition of purchase.

For direct supplier fulfilment, this can include AliExpress-related services and suppliers in China receiving your name, delivery address and necessary contact details. Necessary information may also be provided to professional advisers or authorities where lawful and required.
Shopify's role
Shopify hosts this store and processes information to provide and improve its services. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Certain enhanced features may use information from interactions with this store and other Shopify merchants to support advertising and personalisation. Retention and security
We keep order and transaction records for the periods required by applicable accounting obligations and for the period needed to resolve returns, disputes or legal claims. Account information is retained while the account is needed and as necessary for those obligations. Support messages are kept as needed to handle the enquiry and related claims. Marketing information is retained while you remain subscribed; limited opt-out records may be kept to respect your preference. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send full payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form.

GDPR rights requests are normally answered free of charge within one month; we will notify you within that month of any lawful extension and the reason. Applicable Brazilian data-protection rights remain available.
Children, external links and changes
This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children's information for marketing. Contact us if a child has supplied information that should be removed. External websites have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when our practices change and will revise the date above and provide any legally required notice.
