Shipping policy

Delivery destinations and charges

We accept orders only for destinations for which shipping is offered at checkout. Available delivery options and their charges depend on your address and the items selected. Check the destination, delivery charge and delivery information before paying.

Dispatch and fulfilment

Items may be shipped directly by our fulfilment suppliers, including suppliers in China. DOVESSO is operated from Brazil; the Italian returns address is not a dispatch warehouse. Your order may arrive in separate parcels. We remain your seller and contact for delivery problems, and separate parcels do not introduce undisclosed delivery charges.

Delivery time

The processing and delivery information applicable to your order must be supplied before purchase and included in your order confirmation. A dispatch or tracking notification is not a delivery confirmation. For EU consumer orders, delivery must take place within the agreed period or, where no different period is expressly agreed, within 30 days of the sales contract.

If delivery is late, contact us through our Contact us form. You may give us an appropriate additional delivery period and cancel for a refund if we still fail to deliver. You may cancel immediately where the law allows, including where we refuse delivery or miss an agreed essential delivery date. A refund does not depend on reimbursement from our supplier.

Taxes and customs

International deliveries may involve VAT, customs duties or carrier clearance charges. Whether these are included in the price, collected at checkout or payable on import must be disclosed for your destination before you place the order. We will not add undisclosed charges to an accepted order. Contact us before purchase if the information for your destination is unclear.

Tracking

When a tracking number becomes available, we send the carrier name and tracking link or number to the email address used for the order. Tracking events may take time to appear. You can visit our Track an order page or contact us if a parcel stops updating or fails to arrive by the agreed date.

Address changes and responsibility

Review your delivery address before ordering and notify us promptly if it needs correction. We will explain whether a change is still possible and disclose any legitimate additional cost before obtaining your agreement. For EU consumer orders, responsibility for loss or damage remains with us until you or your designated recipient takes physical possession, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.

Returns

See our Returns & Refund Policy for withdrawal, return costs and remedies for faulty goods.
